Our clients initially wanted an all-at-once makeover, but scaled back to front façade and main floor first—75% of original plan: new windows, door and siding; awkward closet removed to open up family room floor plan, masonry fireplace retrofitted to gas with stone surround, 6’ patio door replaced with 9’ French; birch hardwood flooring installed throughout; old powder room restyled to 2010. Next in Phase 2? Master bath, deck, and kitchen upgrades. Our clients and we can’t wait to get started!
