Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a project typically take?
All proposals come with project schedule which explains the construction process and the time lines involved to complete your project. Depending on the type and size of project generally as short as 4 weeks or up to 6 months.

How much will it cost?

Yes. Insurance certificates are available upon request.

We differ from many competitors in that we prepare a detailed & accurate price quote — we do not “low-ball” to get a job. Our jobs average +/- 5% of original quote, unless there are change orders specified by the customer.

How many projects like mine have you completed in the past year?
Naturally this will vary by year and the size of jobs. We aim for quality rather than quantity, but we like to get in and out of the job as quickly as possible for the client’s sake!

May I have a current list of references?
Absolutely — and we encourage you to call them! References are sent out with the initial packet before the first meeting. Clients have the opportunity to learn more about us before we walk in the door.

How many projects do you have going at one time?
This depends on the size of the project; it usually ranges between 1 to 3 at one time.

May I have a list of business referrals or suppliers?
Yes. This information is available upon request.
