How long will it take?
All proposals come with project schedule which explains the construction process and the time lines involved to complete your project. Depending on the type and size of project generally as short as 4 weeks or up to 6 months.

How much will it cost?
We fit our jobs to match the client's budget - and help them determine how to best fulfill their remodeling needs.

Do you provide design services?
Yes Jack is a CKBR (Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler) and has over 15 years of creating functional spaces clients. We also can provide Architects and drafting services along with Interior Design specialist upon request.

When can I expect you each day?
Our site schedule is 7:30 to 5:00 Monday – Friday. Our clients receive a schedule showing exactly who will be on site each day of the job.

How long have you been in business?
7 + years as J.W. Williams Construction Inc., Jack has worked in industry since 1983.

Who will be assigned as project supervisor for the job?
Jack (the owner) is the project manager and oversees all jobs

Who will be working on the project, are they employees or subcontractors?
JW Williams Construction supplies carpentry services to ensure the projects quality, we provide licensed sub-contractor to ensure consistent results that meet code requirements and our high standards or quality.

Does your company carry workers compensation and liability insurance?
Insurance certificates are available upon request.

Can we trust your quote to be accurate?
We differ from many competitors in that we prepare a detailed & accurate price quote. We do not "low ball" to get a job-- our jobs average + - 5% of original quote unless there are change orders specified by the customer.

How many projects like mine have you completed in the past year?
This varies by the year and size of jobs.... we go for quality rather than quantity but obviously like to get in and out of the job as quickly as possible for the client's sake!

May I have a list of reference from those projects?
Absolutely- we encourage you to call them also! References are sent out with the initial packet BEFORE THE FIRST meeting - clients have the opportunity to learn more about us before we walk in the door.

How many projects do you have going at one time?
This depends on the size of the project; it usually ranges 1 to 3 at one time.

May I have a list of business referrals or suppliers?
This information is available upon request...
