How long does a project typically take?
All proposals come with a project schedule, which explains the construction process and the timeline. Depending on the type and size of the project, it can be 1 to 6 months.
How much will it cost?
We fit our jobs to match your budget and will help you get the most long-term value from your investment. Use the annual Remodeling Cost vs. Value Report as a frame of reference.
Do you provide design services?
Yes, Jack has 20 years of remodeling experience creating functional spaces for clients. We offer space design, drafting services and the resorces of experienced interior designers.
When can I expect you each day?
Our typical work day is 7:30 -5:00, Monday through Friday, with some exceptions.

How long have you been in business?
Jack formed JW Williams Construction, Inc. in 1998. He has worked in the construction industry since 1983.
Who will be assigned as project supervisor for my job?
Jack (the owner) is the project manager and oversees all jobs.
Will the people who work on my project be employees or independent contractors?
Jack is the lead carpenter on most of our projects. He uses a team of qualified carpenters for larger projects. Michael is an employee. We use licensed subcontractors to ensure consistent results that meet code requirements and our high standards of quality.
Does your company carry workers' compensation and liability insurance?
Yes. Insurance certificates are available upon request.
Can we trust your quote to be accurate?
We differ from many competitors in that we prepare detailed, accurate price quotes. We do not “low-ball” to get jobs. Our final price averages +/- 2% of original quote, unless the customer requests additional work or we encounter unforeseen problems.
How many projects like mine have you completed in the past year?
Over 20 years in business and 35 years in the industry, Jack has successfully completed most types of projects. We aim for quality rather than quantity, but we like to get in and out of the job as quickly as possible for the client’s sake!
May I have a current list of references?

How many projects do you have going at one time?
This depends on the size of the project. We prefer to only have 2-3 projects in design and construction at any given time.
